My dear steam friends!
The Fan Lacing Workshop is coming April 28th at 11am Pacific/Arizona. This will be a 4 hour class with a lunch break at the midway mark. Please budget 5 hours for the class as I will also have a little question and answer period at the end. The workshop is entirely virtual and I will host it on zoom.
This class is open to Advanced Beginner sewists and beyond. For the class, you must know how to use your sewing machine and you need to have made at least one garment or sewing project to completion.
Supplies:
8- 12 yards of corset lacing
medium sized scraps of coutil, canvas, duck cloth, or twill
painter's tape
medium sized scraps of fabric that coordinate with your corset
all purpose thread
sewing machine
straight pins
sewing shears
A corset you wish to convert to fan lacing
